Instructions are emailed the Thursday before the event. By purchasing you are agreeing with all terms and conditions listed.

All Market Dates are Non-Transferable
All Market Dates are Non-Refundable

Market Cancelations: If a market is cancelled by RVF for any reason, a credit will be applied to a future show only. No refunds will be given

I will not dispute my credit card transaction, for any reason. This document will serve as goods received.

Markets are held Rain or Shine
By Completing this application, YOU agree to share any and all-Facebook events to ALL of your social Media accounts at least 3 times leading up to the event. We ask that YOU take 5 minutes per day to interact with the Facebook account for RVF. Like, Share, And Comment on all posts.

All booths must look professional, all tables should be covered to the ground with a covering, any heckling or distracting behavior will not be tolerated.

If you are a food Vendor, you must comply with all food handling regulations, including permitting. Your Information will be provided to the local health department for review.

RVF Prides itself in knowing the vendors and being accessible during markets. Kindness is required of YOU to all your fellow crafters, and all RVF Staff.

Please plan on staying for the duration of all events you are signed up for. Packing up early/ leaving early will result in forfeiting future market space.

I hold harmless RVF, Orland Park Civic Center, DuPage County Fairgrounds, Heritage Park/ Village of Homer Glen, Roma Sports Club, Francis Field Youth Foundation, Lake County Fairgrounds, for any loss or damage to any and all property or act of God.

Sales Tax Collection: All vendors are responsible for the collection and payment of sales tax to the IL Dept Of Revenue or IN Dept of Revenue

If I arrive after 8:45am my space will be forfeited

I understand that my photo may be taken during the event and used on social media, in the newspaper and in promo materials. I understand that photos maybe used from your social media account.

I Understand That all market information, placement and instructions go out the Thursday before the event.
